The only question involved in this caséis whether the district court erred in upholding the validity of a tax deed which had been of record more than five years. The defect relied upon by the plaintiff in error is.the omission of the deed to show in what year the taxes accrued for which the land was-sold. The first recital of the statutory form is that the land in question was subject to taxation for a certain year, the subsequent recitals referring to the taxes-of that year.
