MEMORANDUM
SWINFORD, District Judge.
This action challenges the defendants’ actions leading to the plaintiff’s unwilling departure from the student ranks of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. On February 9, 1972, the Third and Fourth Year Promotions Committee of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine (hereinafter: Promotions Committee) placed Depperman on probation pursuant to a student regulation purporting to insure conduct becoming potential physicians; a letter from the committee chairman, Dr. David B.
