This being a case of purely equitable cognizance, wé are required to review the evidence and consider the same in order to determine whether or not the assignment of error presented by the plaintiffs, that the decree of the court below is' contrary to the weight of the evidence, is well taken. Prom the evidence offered by the plaintiffs, if true, there can be no question that a gross fraud was perpetrated upon the dying Mrs. Oberlander, and her unsuspecting grandchildren.
