The plaintiff, Elizabeth O. Miller, individually and as executrix of the estate of Frank L. Miller III, her deceased husband, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered for the defendant, the town of West-port, in the plaintiffs action to recover damages for the inverse condemnation of certain real property owned by the decedent.
