Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth District, in an appeal from Grayson County. Injunction was refused by the trial court on application of the drug company, and the decision affirmed on its appeal, whereupon it obtained writ of error.

The local option law prohibiting the sale of intoxicating liquors having been put in force by an election in Grayson County, the plaintiff in error, a corporation domiciled in that county and engaged in selling drugs by wholesale, instituted this proceeding to enjoin the defendant in error, the county attorney, from prosecuting its salesmen for sales of alcohol as a drug to retail druggists in the ordinary course of plaintiff’s business.
