The plaintiff appeals to this court from the trial court’s dismissal of his appeal from the Probate Court’s decision to appoint the defendant Anna Kucej as administratrix of the estate of the plaintiff’s father. The trial court dismissed the appeal on the *580ground that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the appeal. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly determined that he was not aggrieved by the Probate Court’s decision.
