The plaintiff, Cadle Company, is an unsecured creditor of the estate of Francis D'Addario. Defendants are David and Laurence D'Addario, executors of the estate of Francis D'Addario. On April 19, 2002, the Trumbull Probate Court granted the plaintiff's Motion to Appeal to this court and issued a decree following the appeal.
