MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes to be heard on the final application of Burke, Wilson & Mcll-vaine (the “Applicant”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2016 for the allowance of $35,118.00 in compensation and reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $2,314.42 for the period July 3, 1989 through September 21, 1989. Proper notice was given to all creditors and parties in interest pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2002.
