MEMORANDUM OPINION

GLEN E. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.

On February 13, 1984, the court heard the Trustee’s motion for an order approving the Trustee’s rejection of certain collective bargaining agreements which he alleged con stitute executory contracts under Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.
