MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LAKE, District Judge.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its Corporate Capacity as Liquidator of the former Beaumont Bank, N.A., appeals from a judgment of the bankruptcy court refusing to deny dischargeability of the obligations of Dr. Harris Rotman and Rosalind Rotman (“Debtors”) to FDIC pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B).
