Olawale Oguns appeals from a judgment entered following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Raggi, J., convicting him of importation of heroin under 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) and of possession with intent to distribute heroin under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
