This matter is before the Court on Debt- or’s motion filed July 11, 1988 for authorization to obtain credit in the amount of approximately $400,000 pursuant to 11 U.S. C. § 364(d). Notice of Debtor’s motion was given pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002(i) and to all creditors with an interest in the property on July 11, 1988. A preliminary hearing was held July 27 and continued to July 28, 1988.
