Beker Industries Corp. and Beker Phosphate Corporation (collectively “Beker” or the “Debtors”) seek the approval of this Court pursuant to § 364(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 364(d) (1984) (the “Code”), to enter into a proposed loan agreement (“Proposed Agreement”) with four lenders. Three of the lenders provided secured loans to Beker pre-petition, are parties to a post-petition lending agreement with Beker, and have unequivocally affirmed on the record their commitment to lend pursuant to the Proposed Agreement.
