MEMORANDUM OPINION
BARBARA J. HOUSER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This contested confirmation hearing concluded on January 8, 2001, Seatco, Inc. (“Seatco” or the “Debtor”) seeks an order from this ComT confirming its Second Amended Plan of Reorganization, as modified on January 3, 2001. CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc.
