Plaintiffs Richard Ledford and Frank Doyle appeal the trial court’s order denying their motion to withdraw admissions and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Mervin Darter, on their wrongful foreclosure action.

Viewed in favor of Ledford and Doyle as the nonmoving parties, the record shows that on May 24, 1999, Ledford purchased a piece of property from Darter. The property was conveyed by a warranty deed, in which Ledford was the sole grantee.
