MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
Today we issue two opinions resolving various motions to dismiss this securities fraud lawsuit. The first opinion denies in part and grants in part Defendant KPMG’s motion to dismiss the claims against it, (“Chu I”).
