hOn February 27, 2009, the Workers’ Compensation Commission found that Jessie Gist suffered a compensable injury, that he was entitled to five-percent permanent impairment, and that he was temporarily totally disabled from March 29 through July 28, 2007. Gist’s employer, United Farms, Inc., and its carrier, Ag-Comp SIF (collectively “United Farms”), appeal from that decision.
