| jAppellant Derrick L. Flowers appeals the July 7, 2009 decision of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission finding that he has a permanent-physical impairment in the amount of eight percent to the body as a whole as a result of his compensable injuries. Appellant contends that the Commission erred in denying his claim for a thirty-seven-percent impairment rating, which was given by Dr. Stephen Bennett, as opposed to the eight-percent rating given by Dr. Barry Baskin, who performed an independent-medical evaluation on behalf of appellees Arkansas State Police…
