This is a motion to vacate an order for examination before trial of witnesses not parties to„the action. The action is brought to recover upon a policy of fire insurance issued to the plaintiff by the defendant company. The plaintiff desires to examine two witnesses who are nonresidents and reside respectively at East Orange, N. J., and are in the employ of the defendant, which is a foreign corporation, incorporated in Great Britain, but doing business in the city of New York.
