The Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Plaintiff’ or “Trustee”) has filed a motion for summary judgment seeking avoidance of certain alleged fraudulent transfers from Turner & Cook, Inc. (“T & C” or the “Debtor”) to Mark Fisher (the “Defendant” or “Mr. Fisher”) and recovery of transferred property.
