The defendant, Oscar Muralles, appeals from a judgment of conviction after a jury found him guilty of two counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation — all involving the complaining witness, Rick, 1 the defendant’s former stepson, who was born on October 13, 1998 and was fifteen years old at the time of trial in February of 2014.
