The plaintiff recovered damages for injuries to her hand which was caught in the door jamb of a railway car.
One day in July, 1920, the plaintiff was a passenger on defendant’s train between Offerle and Ellinwood, a distance of some 65 *243miles. The day was warm, and the windows were open, and the forward door of the car was open and swinging back and forth.
