Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 17, 1975, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. A Huntley hearing shall be held prior to the trial if defendant applies for such a hearing.
