Tlie question, involved in this action is whether appellant and plaintiff below, Daniel Bowling, is the owner and entitled to the possession of- a tract of land in Clay county, which we gather from the record is not a very large one, and which, he alleged in his petition, was wrongfully detained from him by the appellee and defendant below, Alfred Hacker.
