This matter comes before the court on three motions. Defendant Data Supplies, Inc. (“DSI”) has filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, and, in the alternative, a motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Plaintiffs Reynolds and Reynolds Holdings, Inc., and the Reynolds and Reynolds Company (“the Reynolds Companies”) have filed a motion seeking limited discovery on the issue of personal jurisdiction.
