This is a trademark infringement case brought by Plaintiff Public Impact, LLC (“Public Impact”), against Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (“BCG”). Before the court are three motions: (1) Public Impact’s motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (Doc. 6); (2) Public Impact’s motion to seal (Doc. 11); and (3) BCG’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and, alternatively, to transfer venue (Doc. 20).
