This case involves claims of employment discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment as to all claims, filed by Defendant Peninsula Regional Medical Center (“PRMC”). ECF No. 19. In his Opposition, Plaintiff Brandon Taylor (“Taylor”) voluntarily dismissed his employment discrimination claims, leaving for the Court’s determination the summary judgment motion as to Taylor’s retaliation claims only.
