MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is the court’s decision on a motion by the defendant to dismiss the plaintiffs’ complaint under Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b) for failure to plead fraud with particularity, and under Fed.R.Civ.P.. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. 1 The complaint alleges that the debtor is indebted to the plaintiff on causes of action including violations of federal securities law and fraud, and that the debt is nondischargeable in bankruptcy under § 523(a)(6) of title 11, United States Code (hereinafter “Bankruptcy Code” or…
