This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ Motion To Transfer Venue (Doc. # 47) filed March 25,1998.
Legal Standards
Whether to transfer venue under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 1 is within the sound discretion of the district court, and the party seeking the transfer has the burden of demonstrating that it is appropriate. See Scheidt v. Klein, 956 F.2d 963, 965 (10th Cir.1992).
