DECISION AND ORDER

LARIMER, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Detroy Livingston, appearing pro se, commenced this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on April 21, 1999. Plaintiff filed an amended complaint on September 24,1999.

Plaintiff, an inmate in the custody of the New York State Department of Correctional Services (“DOCS”), alleges a host of violations of his constitutional rights by DOCS officials and employees, all arising from events that took place at Attica Correctional Facility (“Attica”).
