I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Edgar Morales (“Plaintiff’), appearing pro se, commenced this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Dkt. 1). Plaintiff, an inmate in the custody of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (“DOCCS”), alleges that his constitutional rights have been violated during his confinement at Wende Correctional Facility (“Wende”).
