The action was brought to set aside the last will of James T. Butler. The plaintiffs are Mrs. Minnie Higbee, a daughter, George E. Butler, a son, and Earl Worth, a grandson, son of a deceased daughter of the testator. The defendants are the beneficiaries under the will, Mollie E. Bloom, a niece of the testator, her husband, Frank A. Bloom, and Lottie I. Butler, widow of the testator.
