Appeal from Monroe. (Joslin, J.) Bill for divorce for fraud. Decree overruling general demurrer and remanding case for further proceedings. The facts are stated in the opinion.

This is an appeal from the Monroe circuit court in chancery, from an order overruling the general demurrer of the defendant to the bill of complaint filed in this cause. We are therefore to determine from the bill, taken as true, whether it alleges a cause of action.

The complainant shows that he intermarried with the defendant, February 10, 1886; that he resides in French-town, in the county of Monroe, and has lived in this State the requisite statutory time, and upwards, previous to the filing of this bill; that while he lived with the defendant she .gave birth to a male child, born April…
