Appeal from Berrien; Bridgman, J. Bill by John Jay Gard against Margaret C. Gard to annul a marriage on the ground of fraud. Defendant filed a cross-bill for a divorce. From a decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals.

Plaintiff, a young farmer about 29 years old, lives in Berrien county. Defendant, a woman 31 years old, resided in Chicago prior to her marriage to plaintiff. Plaintiff files this bill to annul the marriage between the parties on the ground of fraud in its procurement. Defendant denies the fraud, and, claiming the benefit of a cross-bill, asks for a decree of divorce. The prayer of plaintiffs bill was granted and defendant appeals.
