* NOTE: Opinion filed at the September Term, 1934, April 17, 1935; motion for rehearing filed; motion overruled at May Term, July 9, 1935. This is an action in equity to set aside a deed on the ground that it was made to hinder, delay and defraud plaintiff, a judgment creditor. At the close of plaintiff's evidence defendants moved the dismissal of plaintiff's bill on the ground that his evidence showed that he was not entitled to any equitable relief. The court sustained this motion, and entered a judgment dismissing plaintiff's bill and granting defendants certain affirmative relief.…
