Appeal from Stoddard Circuit Court. — No». J. L. Fort, Judge. There is no evidence upon which to hase a judgment for respondent. The evidence in this case shows that the contested deeds were executed two years before the sale to plaintiff for the purpose of preventing the premises in question from being sold for ¥m. F. McAnally’s debts, and that within six weeks of their execution the grantee, Martha Isabel McAnally, died.
