This dispute arises out of two employees’ departure from a medical staffing company to work for a competitor. Plaintiff-Appellee brought claims against Defendants-Appellants based on the alleged breach of non-compete and non-solicitation provisions in its employment contracts, tortious interference, and theft of computer files. The parties now appeal and cross-appeal exemplary damages, evidentiary rulings, allegedly inconsistent verdicts, a take-nothing judgment, attorneys’ fees, and the denial of equitable remedies.
