This bill in equity was brought by the plaintiff to secure injunctive relief which would effectively establish his rights in an alleged common driveway (thirteen feet in width) which lies partly on the plaintiff’s land but mostly on the defendants’ land and which runs between and close to their respective houses, which face on Milton Street in Dedham.
