This action is a suit for personal injuries and damages resulting therefrom brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act against defendant Wabash Railroad Company (hereinafter called “Wabash”). Wabash in turn filed a third party action for indemnity against Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis as third party defendant (hereinafter called “Terminal”).
