Appellants were sole dependents of Roxford Fleming Arford, now deceased. They filed application, as dependents, for compensation benefits on the alleged ground that said decedent died on No vember 19,1956, as a result of personal injuries received by him by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by appellee. Said decedent was employed by appellee as a dairyman at the New Castle State Hospital, located at New Castle, Indiana, formerly known as the Indiana Village for Epileptics.
