Jacqueline O’Dell in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Doyle O’Dell brought an action for the wrongful death of her husband against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), Freeman v. Dulin and Chicago Motor Mart, Inc.
