This is an appeal from an award of the Industrial Board which denied appellant compensation.

The full.Industrial Board found “that on Decern-. her 29, 1936, while in the employ of . . . (appellee) at an average weekly wage of $21.60 . . . (appellant) suffered an injury as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. . . . That on December 20, 1937, . . . (appellant’s left eye was enucleated. . . .
