MEMORANDUM OPINION

MURRAY M. SCHWARTZ, Senior District Judge.

This is a motion to quash a subpoena filed by Carolyn Lewis (“Lewis”), a reporter for the Wilmington News Journal and a non-party. Lewis asserts the “reporter’s privilege” as the basis for her motion to quash. The applicability of the reporter’s privilege must be analyzed on a case-by-case basis in light of the facts and circumstances presented. Branzburg v.
