In this case, we must determine whether the court of appeals erred by reversing the trial court’s order granting summary judgement in favor of multiple defendants on the plaintiffs claims for breach.of contract and tortious’ interference with contract. Because we conclude that the plaintiffs employer was not required to prove the reasons it terminated the plaintiffs employment contract “without cause” and that the relevant provisions of the contract are not ambiguous, we hold that the employer is entitled to summary judgment on the plaintiffs breach of contract claim.
