This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, Northern Division, dismissing appellant’s complaint, which sought to permanently enjoin any mineral prospecting or mining in Bankhead National Forest in Alabama. During the pen-dency of the action below, all prospecting in Bankhead National Forest terminated. Appellant has not shown that there is any possibility of future prospecting or mining.
