— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County (Miller, J.), rendered March 7, 1984, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed. This case is remitted to the County Court, Rockland County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
