The city of Guthrie, Okla., a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed its petition for mandamus in the district court of Logan county, Okla., against the Oklahoma Railway Company, a public service corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant, al'eging that the defendant is a street railway company, operating .an interurban system which extends into the limits of the city of Guthrie.
