This action arises out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on or about February 15, 2006, on Interstate 40 in Arkansas. Tiffany Nicole Brown was traveling eastbound on the inside lane when she began passing a truck driven by Donald G. Davis in the outside lane. Allegedly, Davis, by changing lanes without warning and without a proper signal, forced Brown out of her lane and into the median.
