(“Hana”) fired Michael Bullock from his job as a security guard. Bullock sued Hana, Hana employees Sam Estes and Ronald Best (collectively, the “Hana defendants”), and several other defendants. Before the Court is the Hana defendants’ motion to dismiss, Dkt. 90. For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant in part the defendants’ motion. I.
