Plaintiffs commenced an action for damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff Ida Clinkscale and for property damage sustained by her husband, plaintiff William Clinkscale, when the automobile which he was driving and in which she was a passenger became involved in an accident with an automobile driven by defendant, W. J. Germershausen. Plaintiffs appeal from that portion of the judgment entered in favor of the defendant upon a jury verdict, and defendant appeals from the same judgment in favor of the cross-defendant, William Clinkscale.
